When buying cheaper internal wooden doors from companies that mass produce, the build quality and finish may be compromised due to the fact that they are made in huge quantities, with far less attention to detail and customer specification. Most off the shelf internal wooden doors are imported, engineered and not of solid construction, giving you much less build quality and life expectancy of the door.

All of our internal ledge braced doors are handmade, with traditional mortise and tenon joints, wedged & glued for strength and longevity. The internal oak doors are made from high quality fsc graded timber. Because all of our solid hardwood doors are handmade and bespoke, communication between our joiners and the client means that we can select the very best timber to suit your requirements.
